The two converted semi-detached self catering cottages
are situated in the quiet rural village of Tibenham. Tibenham is the home of
the Norfolk Gliding school, and is ideally placed for exploring the
beautiful towns and villages of Norfolk and Suffolk. |
|
The award winning sandy beach at Lowestoft is 35 miles
away and the City of Norwich, which is steeped in history, is 15 miles away.
There are many local attractions in the area, including Banham Zoo and
Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens. |

The market town of Diss is 7 miles away and has a
variety of shops and restaurants. There is a public house within walking
distance of the cottages, and a shop situated two miles away. |
|
The cottages are all on one level and are set alongside two acres of meadow,
lawns and ponds. Children will love the resident ducks, geese and chickens.
You might even get a visit from the peacock! The cottages are adjacent to the
owners own bungalow.

Both properties have two bedrooms. One cottage
sleeps 4, with a double bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second
bedroom. The other cottage sleeps three, with one double room and one single
room. Each property has a toilet/shower room. The living accommodation
comprises of an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, comfortably
furnished with colour TV, dinning table and chairs, electric cooker, fridge
and with either two sofas or a sofa and two armchairs. |

The large sunny conservatory has a
sitting area and dining area, which is shared by both cottages. In addition
the laundry facilities, washing machine and microwave are located in the
conservatory.

Bed linen, duvets, electricity and heating by radiators
are included in the rental. |
